BANGALORE
Morning, we will start the Bangalore tour. Today we take a guided tour of Bangalore, visiting Tipu Sultan Palace; the layout of the palace gives the idea of the ethnic Mughal lifestyle. The fort & its remains present the history of the era in which it was built. The construction of the Tipu palace was started by Haider Ali & completed by Tipu Sultan, it is now a museum. Also visit ISKCON Temple, harmonious blend of the Dravidian & modern architecture. The building has some of the modern facilities along with Vedic preaching library. Later visit to Bull temple, Lalbagh Vidhan Soudha, Natinal Gallary of Modern Art, Nehru Planetarium. -

BANGALORE - MYSORE (04 HRS
After breakfast drive to Mysore enroute visit the Srirangapatnam, the historic capital of Tipu Sultan known for his struggle against British rule. Several monuments relating to his rule are sprinkled across the island. Later we visit Darya Daulat, commonly known as Summer Palace of Tipu Sultan is situated amidst scenic surroundings on an island formed by two branches of the River Cauvery.
Later drive to Mysore and visit Mysore Palace, which was constructed in Indo Saracenic style in 1912. After this, head to and explore the paintings that date back to the late 19 th century. Jaganmohan Palace later on, visit Chamundi Hills the Palace City in Karnataka. This is coupled with your visit to St. Philomena's Church. It is one of the major churches in the country. MYSORE - HASSAN (110 KMS / 3 HRS)
In the morning post breakfast, drive to Hassan. Check in to your hotel here. After you are done with all the formalities, head towards your sightseeing tour. Here check out the marvels in Belur such as Doddagaddavalli. The Hoysala style of this temple will take your heart away. It was built under the reign of King Vishnuvardhana. The lush coconut plantations adjacent to the temple will take your heart away. The next attraction would be , an amazing example of the artistry of Dravidians. ASSAN - HOSPET / HAMPI (330 KMS / 7 HRS)
After an early breakfast at the hotel, you will be driven to Hospet. Check-in at the hotel. Here have some rest, relax and rejuvenate. Late afternoon, head to Mahanavami Dibba for taking a complete view of the city. It is the tallest structure and was used by the king to view the war games, march-pasts, aquatic sports, musical performances and shows of the royal animals. The architecture of this ornate structure impresses visitors even after 500 years of its making. It will introduce you to the architectural excellence exhibited by the Vijyanagar Empire. The graceful corridors, lotus shaped fountains and beautiful balconies are some of the interesting sights to go for. Head back to the hotel for an overnight stay. -

After Breakfast, drive to Hampi for Sightseeing (Virupaksha Temple, Kadale Kalu Ganesha, Sasive Kalu Ganesha, Krishna Temple, Lakshmi Narasimha, Badavi Linga, Sister Stones, Underground Temple, Mint House, Lotus Mahal, Elephant Stables, Hazara Rama Temple, Palace Area, Mahanavami Dibba, Queen's Bath). After Lunch visit Vijaya Vittala Temple (Stone Chariot), King's Balance, Purandara Mantapa, Old Pillar Bridge and evening return to the hotel and overnight stay in the hotel. -

HOSPET – KUDALASANGAMA – AIHOLE – PATTADAKAL – MAHAKUTA – BADAMI (145 KMS / 3.5 HRS)
Morning after breakfast, check out the hotel drive to Kudalasangama, the Aikya Mantapa or the sacred Sam?dhi of Basavanna, the founder of the Lingayath faith along with Shiva Linga, which is believed to be self-born (Swayambhu), is here. Then proceed to visit Aihole, a popular tourist destination well-known for Chalukyan architecture, with about 125 stone temples dating from 5th century CE. Then visit Pattadakal, a world heritage site, well known for Chalukya monuments. Then visit Banashankari (Banashankari Temple), Mahakuta (Mahakuteshwara Temple) and finally drive to Badami. Badami was formerly known as Vatapi, was the regal capital of the Badami Chalukyas from 540 to 757 AD. On arrival at Badami, visit famous rock cut structural temples. Evening, check-in to the hotel and overnight stay at the temple. -
